Alice Turner

Operations Coordinator

 

Alice joined Conrad in 2018 after moving from London. Returning to New Zealand Alice works in a varied role managing the day to day office functions and assisting on smaller scale projects, including office fit outs. Alongside this she looks after the property management side of the business, managing tenants and building maintenance and assists in maintaining body corporates. Alice’s work experience and her vast company knowledge gives her the attributes that she needs to succeed in this busy role. 

Chantelle Cortesi

Financial Controller​

Chantelle has been with the Conrad Group for over 7 years and looks after all the accounts and financial work for Conrad Industrial.

​

Chantelle brings a wealth of experience to Conrad as she has moved through roles from Client Services Co-ordinator to Accountant.

Gijs Faber

Head of Strategy, Systems Architecture and Integration

​

Gijs is a Supply Chain Professional with over 15 years of C-level and 26 years of international experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Automation, systems architecture and integration.  He has applied his skills in a diverse range of industries, including construction, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, grocery and healthcare. Gijs commenced his career in robotics and flexible manufacturing, progressing to supply chain consulting with two of the Big Four consultancies, in Europe and Australasia.

Thomas McAlister

Sales Director

​

Thomas joined Conrad from Savills in 2018 having worked in London and Hong Kong, covering AsiaPac prior to relocating to Auckland.  He has held a variety of leadership positions within Corporate Real Estate agency up to board level.

​

He has extensive experience in industrial parks and hydrogen hubs where is his involvement spans land acquisition, concept and design, marketing, sell-down and settlements. Thomas helps with facilitating deals and managing clients expectations guiding them through the process.

Hannah offers over nine years of marketing and design experience which she has honed around the property industry.

Hannah's broad knowledge of marketing and design allows her to develop and implement ideas and strategies into tangible outcomes.

Jonathan Tan

Business Development - Asia​

​

Jonathan is based in Singapore and started his career as an accountant in a global payments and a technology company. He subsequently spent 7 years with CBRE in Singapore and later moved on to expand his horizons to other global cities like London and New York. With his earlier experience in financial and strategic planning, Jonathan assists companies with their strategies for the Australian market.

Shannon Mann

Business Development​

Shannon has extensive commercial and industrial real estate experience having worked with the Conrad Group since July 2007. Prior to that period Shannon had extensive IT / Software Automation experience working throughout North America in business development  
 
Shannon manages business development for the Conrad Industrial team where she deals with Multi-National corporates and plans the establishment of their operations within the New Zealand E-commerce fulfilment markets.

Simon Laird

Head of Logistics

Simon has more than 30 years experience in the design and development of logistics and supply chain facilities and infrastructure. Having built facilities in more than 12 countries for clients including FedEx and DHL, together with his extensive consulting experience, Simon is ideally placed to discuss your strategy and requirements to service the Australasian markets.
